Fed rate cuts

Wow, the feds cut more than expected. Anyone expect them to cut further? I see them holding off for awhile to get a feel of how things are going to play out. My plan is to use excess capital and jump into some AG, Tech, Mining, not sure which, but I'll let the market decide. Thanks for the great site!
