GOOG Aquire YHOO?

Just an esoteric question...
Should GOOG buy YHOO?
YHOO has about half of the free e-mail market. Now
that would be a great merger, a combination of two
companies that would have great synergies by
combining their strengths. Would they be allowed
to do it since they would control the search
market?
